Adult Scripture Study

Everyone  is invited to join us for a new Adult Scripture Study!   Lectio  Eucharist is a ten-week in-depth look at where the Eucharist is found  throughout the pages of the Bible.  We will learn more about our Jewish roots  which help us understand the true source and summit of the Catholic faith, the  Eucharist.  We will see how the Eucharist is part of God's divine plan.   Participants can register after Mass this Sunday in the Hall, or anytime online  at the St. Patrick Church (Onalaska) website.
Everyone  is invited to join us!  In order to make this program more accessible, this  class will be offered in multiple parishes throughout the La Crosse/La Crescent  area.  Each week you can go to the class that best fits your schedule.   Registration is required.  There  is a $15 fee for new participants needing a workbook.   The  deadline to register is January 14,2020.  For more information and locations  please contact Debi Shuda, in the Hall after Mass, or 507-482-6892.

Children from age 3 to 6 hear and learn about the Gospel in a way that is understandable for them.  All children at Mass are welcome to come forward before the Gospel is read and return after the homily.  This is held at Sunday Mass throughout the year.

Generations of Faith is for all members and ages of the Parish.  It is designed to educate our children and youth about the basics of our faith and allows adults to answer their questions about the Catholic faith, explain religious traditions and help them grow in their faith.  It is held six times per year from September through March.  Each session begins at 5:30 p.m.. with a potluck meal, followed by a program and is 2 hours in length.  Session include "break away" time for the pre-school through grade school ages.  No registration necessary.
