Our Pastor and Deacon

Our Parish Priest, Father Greg Havel and Deacon Rev. Mr. Robert Yerhot, along with our parishioners welcome you to St. Patrick's.  We invite you to join us for worship, parish activities and community involvement.

St. Patrick's has a strong commitment to providing a place for Christians to gather, contribute, and practice their faith.  St. Patrick's is linked with the Church of the Crucifixion in    

La Crescent, MN.

Father Greg joined Crucifixion in June, 2008 and after the Diocese of Winona re-cluster of Parishes, became Pastor of Holy Cross in Dakota and St. Patrick's in Brownsville (3.20.2017), in addition to his duties at Crucifixion.

Confession, Rosary and Adoration

Sacrament of Confession is available from 9:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. each Saturday.

The Rosary is recited 25 minutes prior to both Masses.

Exposition and Adoration are held following Tuesday morning Mass until 3:00 P.M.  (*Please note:  There will be no Tuesday Mass on the first Tuesday of each month.  Adoration will be as scheduled)

Mass Intentions

Stipends for Mass Intentions are to be sent to St. Patrick's Parish Office at 604 Adams Street, P.O. As a member of St. Patrick's, you are a steward of the Parish resources.  Your contributions help to fund:

  • Visits to the sick, homebound and elderly
  • Pastoral Care and Counseling for individuals and families
  • Bereavement care
  • Youth ministry
  • Celebrations of the Sacraments
  • Preparing adults to enter the Church
  • Catholic Education
  • Spiritual formation
  • Outreach and service outside the Parish
  • Care of our beautiful Church
