Crucifixion Church will have a Memorial Day Mass at Pine Creek Cemetery, La Crescent on Monday, May 28th at 9:00 am
St. Patrick's will celebrate with our graduating Seniors with a Baccalaureate Mass in thanksgiving for the blessings God has bestowed upon the graduates and their families. Please join our graduates following Mass on June 3rd to congratulate them on their milestone and their years of service to St. Patrick's. We will serve a light breakfast in their honor. Congratulations to Sam Barthel, Jenna Fitzpatrick, and Cassie Heimer.
A sign up sheet is in the Hall for parishioners to donate flowers to adorn the altar and church. Green plants, cut flowers, or flower arrangements are all welcomed. Flowers are to be dropped off by 10am on Saturday's. Thank you.
Children from age 3 to 6 hear and learn about the Gospel in a way that is understandable for them. All children at Mass are welcome to come forward before the Gospel is read and return after the homily. This is held at Sunday Mass throughout the year.
Generations of Faith is for all members and ages of the Parish. It is designed to educate our children and youth about the basics of our faith and allows adults to answer their questions about the Catholic faith, explain religious traditions and help them grow in their faith. It is held six times per year from September through March. Each session begins at 5:30 p.m.. with a potluck meal, followed by a program and is 2 hours in length. Session include "break away" time for the pre-school through grade school ages.

Are you ready for our year on Prayer? Our theme for this season of Generations of Faith is "Responding in Prayer". We will be exploring the many different ways to pray and why Prayer is so important in the Catholic faith.
